Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AmzDataLens (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

AmzDataLens is a software-as-a-service platform that provides Amazon sellers with tools for product research, keyword analysis, listing optimization, rank tracking, and competitive intelligence. Features vary by subscription plan.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@amzdatalens.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

AmzDataLens offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
• Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@amzdatalens.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in excess of plan limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data without prior written consent.

Each subscription plan includes defined monthly usage limits (searches, analyses, tracked items, and seats). Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Exceeding limits will pause the relevant feature until the next cycle or until you upgrade your plan. AmzDataLens does not carry over unused quota to the following cycle.

All content, trademarks, software, and data made available through AmzDataLens are the property of AmzDataLens or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service integrates with third-party data providers and payment processors to deliver its features. AmzDataLens is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of such third-party services. Your use of payment services is subject to the terms of our payment processor.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmzDataLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to AmzDataLens in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. AmzDataLens reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without refund. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
